This series of images explores movement and the unexpected in collaboration with performance artist Eric Ellul. I captured his improvised choreography with long exposures to emphasize the passage of time and to expand moments. The images are, in part, unpredictable. It is this quality that affects an other-worldliness, as if something that is hidden from sight has been unintentionally revealed.
